2025 Proposed Apartment/Loft & Hotel Guidelines (2025-26)
The proposed guidelines for rent stabilized apartments, lofts, and hotel units effective between 10/1/2025 and 9/30/2026 can be found in the 2025 Notice of Public Hearings and Opportunity to Comment on Proposed Rules. The Public Notice includes proposed guidelines approved at the most recent preliminary vote; details of the public hearings; and information on how to comment on the proposed guidelines.
If you wish to speak at one of the hearings, you must register to speak and can do so by completing the hearing registration form.
