Housing NYC: Rents, Markets and Trends is an annual compendium of research on the state of New York City’s rental housing market. The publication features all NYC Rent Guidelines Board studies produced each year. In addition, the book contains the current apartment, loft and hotel guidelines adopted by the Board; data from the most recent NYC Housing and Vacancy Survey; and a glossary of rent regulation terms.
