Online and telephone pre-registration for the RGB public hearings has now closed.
Public hearings will be held Thursday, June 4; Monday, June 8; Thursday, June 11; and Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
You can register to speak on-site 5-8 PM at the June 4, 8 and 16 hearings, and 7-10 PM at the June 11 hearing. You will have two minutes to speak.
