As a reminder, we cannot accept surveys for properties you may own or manage that were not selected for this survey. You can find the addresses of the buildings that you own or manage that were selected for this survey by looking at either the pre-printed survey you received in the mail, or the back of the letter that you were mailed (for owners/manager with a substantial number of properties selected for this year’s survey).
Please make sure to include the address and ID number of the property you are completing the survey for, and use only one survey per property.
